"Embroidery was okay, but I expected better"
I ordered shirts with our logo on them, and while the embroidery looks decent from a distance, the details weren’t quite what I hoped for. Some of the edges were a little rough, and one of the threads started coming loose quickly. It’s not a total disaster, but for what we paid, I expected a cleaner finish. I’d appreciate some kind of compensation or adjustment for the issue.

The first proof had the logo a little smaller than I wanted, so I asked them to adjust it and they fixed it without any hassle. The shirts turned out nice overall. My advice is to look over the proof carefully and don’t be afraid to ask for tweaks before approving it.

"Refund was hassle-free"
I had to request a refund and, i’m always a bit wary about that kind of thing because I’ve had bad experiences elsewhere. But this was straightforward. They handled it quickly, and the money came back when they said it would. No drama at all. Based on that, I’d be happy to use them again.

"Exchange worked out, but it was slow and handled carelessly"
I had to exchange a shirt for a bigger size. The return process itself wasn’t too confusing, but it felt like they didn’t really handle it with much care. Replies took a few days each time, and I still had to pay for shipping. I did eventually get the right size, so it worked out in the end, but the whole thing was slower and more careless than it should’ve been.

I was after some new work trousers and a couple of jackets, and, automotiveworkwear.com had a bigger choice of brands than I thought it would.
I found the makes I usually go for, plus a few other brands I hadn’t tried before, which was handy. It made comparing everything a lot easier, instead of bouncing between loads of different websites.
The order process was straightforward enough, and the brand selection is probably the main reason I’d use them again. Overall, happy with it.

"The colors were seriously perfect"
I ordered a couple of work shirts and I was so relieved when they showed up looking just like the photos online. Like, no weird mystery shade, no “what color is this supposed to be?” moment — just exactly what I expected. It sounds like a small thing, but it made me ridiculously happy because that almost never happens. I’d definitely order from them again.

I ordered a couple of work shirts with name patches, and both came out just how I entered them. The spelling was correct, the placement looked right, and the lettering was clean, so I was pleased with that.
Shipping did take a little longer than I was hoping, but it wasn’t anything too frustrating. Overall, I’m happy with the shirts and would order from them again...

"Showed up way faster than I thought"
Ordered a few work pants and shirts from automotiveworkwear.com. Figured I’d be waiting a bit, but nope. Got here quick. Tracking was simple enough to follow, box looked fine when it arrived. No damage, no weird issues. the fast shipping was the best part. Just nice not having to sit around for weeks wondering where my stuff is.
